Bereshit - in the beginning

We begin anew the cycle of Torah study with Bereshit, on Shabbat, October 17.
We -- all those who want something (besides rest) on Shabbat which distinguishes it from the rest of the week, who want to spend a while with the weekly Torah portion. We interpret the Hebrew text in the original and in translation, together with the traditional commentaries, but in particular with the books of Nehama Leibowitz (Studies in Bereshit)
